Computer
Description
A computer is a machine that manipulates data according to a set of instructions called programs. The term computer refers to all machines having the ability to store and execute programs. A general purpose computer has four main components: the arithmetic logic unit (ALU), the control unit, the memory, and the input and output devices interconnected by busses (groups of wires).
